Biography & Vision
I am a financial engineer, intellectual property strategist, and the lead architect of Global Valuation Markets — a new macroeconomic asset class designed to price human intelligence, technological innovation, and AI cognition at scale.
Throughout my career, I have focused on solving the most persistent structural bottleneck in modern corporate finance: the inability of legacy accounting standards (IAS 38, GAAP, IFRS) to capitalize internally generated intellectual property. Trillions of dollars in technological utility remain trapped inside the volatile, undifferentiated "Market Premium" of corporate balance sheets. Meanwhile, classical IP tokenization models consistently fail due to insurmountable legal friction, title-transfer requirements, and mandatory corporate consent.
My mission is to build sovereign, regulation-compliant financial infrastructures that liberate intangible capital from these constraints, converting corporate intellect and AI consensus into standardized, liquid, and tradeable financial units.
The Breakthrough: FAOIS & The IP Stock Architecture
As the Co-Author and Co-Creator of The IP Stock Architecture & Solutions, I have led the R&D, mathematical modeling, and regulatory strategy for the world’s first market-based ecosystem that materializes corporate IP value without altering corporate balance sheets, transferring legal titles, or requiring entity participation.
In August 2026, this architecture achieved a historic regulatory milestone: the formal submission of the Experimental Legal Regime (ELR / ЭПР) package to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
Leveraging the newly enacted Federal Law No. 282-FZ "On Digital Currencies and Digital Rights," we introduced FAOIS (Financial Assets for IP Valuation / ФАОИС) — a pioneering legal construct classified strictly as Digital Property (property in the form of electronic data). The underlying asset of FAOIS is the market value of intellectual property rights, successfully decoupling technological valuation from traditional securities, DFAs, and utility rights.
By engineering the capital conservation matrix MC = TA + IP_visible + MP and pioneering metrics like the Intangible Dominance Ratio (IDR), our framework allows institutional markets to isolate pure technological intelligence from operational and speculative risks. This architecture is currently the subject of technological partnership proposals to leading sovereign exchanges (MOEX, SPB Exchange) to serve as the foundational infrastructure for the intangible economy.
